Our Help Desk is available for all End-User support needs. Providing U.S. based Help Desk Support that can provide Remote Control interaction with any internet connected device.

Our Tier I / II Help Desk personnel can resolve our clients Server, Network, Smart Device and PC needs. The Help Desk can dispatch on-site technical support, monitor network performance, and provide hardware / software quotes.

Normal Support Hours: Allow for up to a 1 Hour Response Time.

Monday - Friday: 7:00AM – 6:00PM EST (Excluding Holidays).

After Hours Help Desk Available: 24/7 - Allow for up to a 2 Hour Response Time.

Emergency 2 Hour Response is 2 x Rate (Normal Support Hours Apply).

Emergency 4 Hour Response 1.5 x Rate. (Normal Support Hours Apply).
