"We have used LK Technologies for several years. We recently found ourselves in a situation that we knew would be critical that we synchronize our efforts internally with LKT. We notified our representative, Patrick, and explained the sensitivity of our situation. He immediately gave me confidence that this was something they have done before and explained how they would be able to assure us of any present and future risk.
The results of the coordinated efforts have been outstanding. Everyone impacted here was very nervous. After three days we are confident our immediate fears of what could have happened has not. We employ 40 people and most of them are on computers most of the day and often after hours.
We have had a few hours of time logged with LKT, mostly due to the fact we are not IT literate ourselves. I’m the worst case. I worked with David, one of the help desk people today after he had spent time with our VP/HR working through several security issues & pass words being reset. David was extremely patient and respectful the entire time. We worked through a few issues on my PC and then also helped me with my cell phone connections.
We all feel as if a load has been taken off our shoulders. Everyone who has worked with an LKT rep this week has had nothing but positive comments about the support and problem solving.
My wife and I are both near helpless when it comes to our computers and software. We both work from home from at times. Occasionally we have issues that we can’t solve. They are just as professional and deliver the same positive results we expect at the office.
I normally do not offer referrals, but in this case the experience has been outstanding. We know we have more work to do for the next few weeks. We also know we can rely on the LK Tech team."

In addition to migrating to LK TECH’s cloud, we also migrated a couple of our departmental applications to proprietary clouds. This meant that LK TECH had to integrate access to those clouded applications from the LK TECH cloud desktop.
